A Study on Evaluation of Nursing Education for the Graduate Faculties

Abstract

|
|
This study was carried out to analize the courses offered by 12 present Korean master´s nursing programs.
The objectives, the contents and the credits of the required courses during the first semaster of 1981, in addition to characteristics of the graduate faculty members were investigated in the study.
From the results of the study, researchers outlined the problems in graduate nursing programs, developed a self evaluation tool for graduate educators and made suggestions for the improvement of graduate nursing programs.
